Resourcing Manager - 6 month FTC

Your new company

My client are a leading logistics partner with multiple sites across the Staffordshire region. They now have a requirement for an experienced Resourcing Manager to join the team, initially on a 6 month FTC to manage their internal resourcing team. The role will be WFH for now but will involve regular travel across their 3 sites in Staffordshire.

Your new role

As Resourcing Manager, you will be a capable leader to manage a collaborative recruitment team within a high-volume environment. The Resourcing Manager is directly responsible for all recruitment activity and managing the end-to-end process.
Acting as a strategic growth partner across the network, you will develop effective relationships with key operational stakeholders and third-party providers to enable my client to attract the best talent. Ensuring all recruitment activity is managed efficiently, accurately and on time coupled with continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Formulate and ensure delivery of a clear and structured recruitment plan, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and identify areas for resource whilst meeting the ongoing changing needs of the business.
Support management teams to develop recruitment and selection tools to enable selection of the best calibre of candidates. Reporting on relevant KPIs and other critical hire data to key internal and customer stakeholders, whilst maintaining the resourcing metrics Preparing and delivering training sessions, workshops or briefings to support the ongoing development of the management teams.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will have previously managed an internal recruitment team
* Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is essential
* Relevant experience in a logistics, warehouse or retail environment would be a distinct advantage
* Must be able to travel to their 3 sites with remote working
* Flexible and adaptable to a business with changing needs
* Solid understanding of employment legislation regulations relating to recruitment and selection
* Experience of working in a fast paced, results focused environment
* Experience of designing and delivering training programmes relating to recruitment processes
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and align to operational requirements where required.
* You will be resilient and have a proactive approach with a high level of personal organisation

What you'll get in return
