Head of Learning and Organisation Development
We are urgently looking for an immediately or imminently available Interim Head of Learning and Organisation Development to work with a fantastic organisation, that is truly values led and people focused. Working very closely with the Director of HR, your contribution to ensuring the delivery of efficient, consistent and sustainable people development in order to achieve the organisation’s strategic aims.
Significant, recent experience in successfully leading and managing a L&OD team is essential in this role requiring energy, pace and a clear sense of direction and team cohesion.
You will be responsible for leading on the development and implementation of talent strategy, refining and improving the learning and development offer and ensuring an integrated approach to mandatory, vocational and organisational learning.
This is also potentially a permanent vacancy and the preference would be for a temp to permanent arrangement.
