Recruitment Advisor

An organised Recruitment Advisor to join an established retail client as part of their team (Portsmouth).

Your new role

Based in their Portsmouth office, this is a great opportunity for an experienced high-volume Recruitment Advisor to join a friendly, settled team.

You will report to an experienced Recruitment Manager as part of the Recruitment Team, within a wider HR function.

Your role will be to deliver an effective end to end recruitment solution across a key division and head office business areas, focusing on improving the quality of hire and candidate experience. Working hours are 39/week, Monday-Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will suit an organised person who is a good communicator at all levels of business, having worked effectively with Line Managers to recruit in the past. You must also have experience in a similar in-house / internal recruitment role, ideally as part of a wider team having recruited a high volume of varied roles at different levels.

A background in recruitment within retail will be an advantage, but is not essential.
