Job Details

I am now urgently seeking an HR Advisor/HR & I-Trent Project Officer with I-Trent implementation experience for an initial 3 to 6 month assignment in the Education sector. My client is about to commence implementation of their new I-Trent HR system and require some additional support with this as well as with their continued drive forward with embedding new HR processes and practices. We are therefore seeking someone with proven experience of supporting an organisation in doing this alongside supporting with HR operational work and embedding good working practices.

In addition to the above experience the ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, including advanced excel, and excellent attention to detail when checking and reviewing data. You will also require a sound understanding of the full HR life cycle and the day-to-day operations of a busy HR function and be able to suggest and support new ways of working and promote good working practices. The role will require independent working at times so you will also need to be highly organised, hardworking, resilient, motivated, self-confident, positive and a good team player.

Previous experience, ideally in a School, or possibly other education setting is preferred. Please note this role requires an on-site working and travel between sites (2-3 days) in East London and remote working for the remainder of days.
