Your new company
This growing and busy healthcare organisation are looking to bring on board a systems specialist to help with implementation and maintaining the new HR system. There are also numerous projects they would like you to get involved with. They have a new head office based in the South Birmingham area, that is newly refurbished and a great environment.

Your new role
The role will involve developing a deep understanding of the new HR system, People HR. You will assist the HR Manager with this role out and payroll integration. You will need to input all current and historical data into the HR System to maintain up to date records for all employees. You will be uploading employee documents into secure areas within the HR System, supporting the set up of data controls and validations as well as responding to both internal and external needs of customers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have good HR Systems experience, you will also be very skilled with excel and be able to use it effectively. You will need to be switched on, great attention to detail and organised. You will also need to be immediately available and able to start quickly.
