HR Administrator - 15 month contract (Maternity Cover)
Our client an established and reputable company that focuses on providing the highest quality service within a corporate environment based in the Southampton area are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their friendly team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. This is an opportunity to join an international company that offers a supportive working environment and the role would suit someone exceptionally organised and efficient who has had some previous experience of providing administrative support within a HR environment (essential).
Role: HR Administrator - 15 month contract Where: Southampton area Salary: £22-24,000pa
Responsibilities will include:
* Administering starter/leaver processes including all documentation and on boarding
* Maintaining and updating of employee records and HR system
* Manage the HR mailbox - answering all general queries
* Producing exit interviews for all leavers
* Checking and recording of invoices and processes for approval and payment
* Providing support for careers fairs
* Managing the training registration process for all professional and soft skills training events and all associated documentation
* Managing of all training expenditure and provide on-going analysis to the HR department
You will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a professional environment is essential
* Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
* Strong IT skills, with a sound working knowledge of Excel and Word and experience of using HR databases
* Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work constructively with multiple stakeholders
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
