Temp - HR Advisor - 3-6 months contract - Start ASAP

Your new company
You'll be working for one of Wales' largest health organisations. You'll be based in Cardiff and spend your time between working from home and in office.

Your new role
As an integral part of the HR team you'll support with sickness and absence casework. You'll be expected to work closely with managers to create action plans and manage all sickness data accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have NHS experience and have a full understanding of NHS sickness and absence policies. You'll need to be an experienced generalist or ER specialist with CIPD qualification. You'll need to be able to hit the ground running and build rapport with company stakeholders quickly.

What you'll get in return
You'll be working on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. This is an hourly paid role offering £19.37 per hour including holiday pay.
