Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading retail brand based in Gloucester to recruit a talented Regional HR Business Partner.

Working closely with Regional Managers, you will build organisation and people capability across multiple sites, develop, shape, and implement an effective people strategy and, provide a professional, trusted and customer focused HR service that delivers best practice and commercially focused solutions.

Specific responsibilities (not limited too);

* Provide HR expertise when supporting and coaching managers and their teams.
* Provide effective advice and support to colleagues, promoting employee wellbeing and maximising employee engagement.
* Provide advice to coaching to managers in all HR related activities, including; performance management, attendance, disciplinary issues, grievances, and organisational change.
* Manage complex employee relations casework across your region
* Support, advise and lead on change management projects, including restructures and store openings/closures
* Review stores against KPI league tables to continually improve performance
* Identify and support the development of future leaders, through the creation of a regional succession plans
* Shape and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
* Identify training needs and support with the design and delivery of training as required
* Lead on key business projects and initiatives, including organisation redesign, structure changes and system implementation.
* Work collaboratively with other Regional People Partners on projects and to ensure a consistent approach.

This role will suit someone with a high-level knowledge of employment legislation, a solid generalist with knowledge of all aspects of HR; notably organisational restructure, performance management, talent management, people processes and, a good understanding of the people challenges inherent in a Retail / Multi-site environment.
