I am now urgently seeking an HR systems specialist with previous experience of implementing the Cascade HRIS for a 6 month interim assignment.

Please note, this assignment can be delivered remotely, however there may also be the opportunity to visit the organisations offices in central London when guidance permits.

As Interim HRIS Implementation Manager you will play a critical role in undertaking the Cascade implementation project from start to finish for this leading Charity. This will include:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to review the current implementation and usage of Cascade/IrisHR and associated systems
  • Developing and implementing an overarching change management plan including implementation and process adaption/training for end users
  • Designing and implementing systems changes including module implementation, workflows and auto alerts
  • Overseeing data cleansing in the system
  • Designing and delivering a training plan for users throughout the business
  • Producing and presenting project update reports

To be considered you will require:

  • A proven track record of successful end-to-end HRIS implementation
  • Experience of using Cascade
  • Experience of working on a transformation project delivering to a variety of different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of standard HRIS functionalities and good HR subject matter and process knowledge
  • Experience of module implementations/ API configurations (e.g. HR, Recruitment, Payroll)
  • Understanding of data protection regulations including GDPR
