My client, an NHS Trust based on the South London/Surrey commuter belta are looking for an experienced Interim Deputy Director of HR to join their established team providing OD and People services across the Trust.

This role is working directly with the Chief People Officer, covers the broad generalist remit and is initially for 6 months (at AfC Band 8D) whilst the Trust goes through a period of change and transformation.

There will be a requirement to be on site approx. 3 days a week and the successful candidate must have experience of, leading and developing large HR&OD functions in complex unionised environments, ideally within the NHS.

Candidates must be able to start at short notice and hit the ground running.
