Your new role

* Change and delivery: partner with the business and HRBP team to drive and deliver the change agenda.
* People Strategy to underpin business unit ambitions: Support the design and development of a local people plan to enhance the success of the business unit and provide HR support to senior leaders and their teams.
* Organisational Development & Design: Works with HRBPs and Change consultants in support of delivering the right structure, in the right location, with the right people
* Culture, Values & Engagement: Supports initiatives to embed the values and culture
* Future Skills and Location Strategy: Supports the identification of capability needs and solutions.
* HR Effectiveness: Brilliantly manages HR activities such as performance, and employee relations in conjunction with matrixed specialist HR teams to deliver the people plan and its strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

* HR experience in either a generalist or specialist capability
* Understanding of how consultation works and how to support a business in delivering consultation
* Experience of working with business leaders on the delivery and implementation of core HR processes and practises.
* Experience of working in a complex and/or matrixed environment
* Builds very strong relationships: is reliable and known for delivering on commitments at a high quality.
* Handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence; role models honest and respectful feedback; strong at managing multiple senior stakeholders; comfortable in the absence of direction
* Thinks and acts commercially: has strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand that impact of that to their deliverables
* Data Analytics: uses strong analytical skills and intuition to analyse data and interpret business insights and trends. Uses data to support decision making and develops the best solutions.
* HR Mastery -strong technical HR knowledge and it's practical application
