HR Business Partner
We are seeking an engaging, inspiring and motivated individual to join our HR Business Partner Team. You will use your credibility and leadership skills to work closely with senior staff from a Divisional Management Team and its care groups. You’ll provide business focussed HR solutions and guidance, will drive change and empower a variety of managers across different disciplines and operational backgrounds to support UHS to be a great place to work.
You’ll need to have a wealth of HR experience, have worked in a large and complex organisation before and be looking for a new challenge in a busy role. Along with being ambitious, you’ll need to be resilient and able to demonstrate passion, innovation and an enthusiastic “can do” approach to deliver across a variety of issues.
You should be able to demonstrate your knowledge and confidence in dealing with a range of complex HR matters, will have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work and be able to use your initiative to make things happen whilst working at pace. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will need to work collaboratively in navigating challenging HR issues, organisational changes and strategy.
You will play an integral role both to your division and to the wider HR team in helping to deliver the People Plan, whilst continuing to improve our HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and to develop your career in a large and varied organisation.
