Global Talent Acquisition Partner - 6-month in-scope contract with opportunity to extend in Cambridge

Your new company

A leading global pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Cambridge is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract talent into their Oncology team. A 6-month contract to start with, it could be extended to a year.

Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working closely with Senior stakeholders including the VP in charge of their oncology team and will be recruiting for physicians, quality managers, scientists and safety roles.

This role, supporting their operations based in Germany, is full life-cycle recruitment in a very fast moving environment where you will advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.

This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, building talent pipelines, conducting direct sourcing activity, research, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.


What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for individuals who will have experience of the full life cycle recruitment process in the pharma/ biotech sectors, experience of recruiting in early oncology, biometrics or late oncology would be an advantage.

As you will be supporting their German business, experience of recruiting for hiring managers outside the UK would be preferable.

Most importantly we are looking for an experienced recruiter who will have proven experience sourcing talent using various channels and thinking outside the box to go above and beyond expectations. Excellent communications and proven senior stakeholder management a must.

The remuneration is competitive from £250 to £300 a day for exceptional candidates. Working from home to start with and flexibility on the number of days to work in the office going forward.
