Head of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing in Leeds

Your new role

Leading a team of 10, sourcing high calibre talent to meet the long-term business objectives and driving company culture.
Partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Hiring Managers & HR, across all business areas, to identify current and future hiring needs and develop solution-orientated strategies to ensure all requirements are proactively resourced, planned and managed effectively.
Headhunting & sourcing Senior talent for the business ensuring we are bringing top talent into the business to drive the business agenda forward.
Regular reporting and management of TA performance metrics using robust KPI data (Cost Per Hire, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Campaign Fulfilment etc), to continuously improve the effectiveness of our processes. Establish causes for unfavourable trends in the metrics and provide and implement root cause analysis and solutions.
Ensure the availability of efficient, technology enabled processes for the management of applicants and processing of candidate information to close recruitment gaps with the best candidates in the shortest time.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development teams to ensure succession and development plans are utilised within the TA processes to maximise internal promotions and talent development opportunities as appropriate.
Work with the HR Business Partnering Team to support the hiring managers (Up to Board level) in commercial decision making relating to high profile candidates and offers.
Contribute to the recruitment of a diverse workforce by designing and implementing strategies aligned to the HR Strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience leading an inhouse recruitment team at senior manager or head of level.
Experience of volume recruitment in a fast-paced, blue collar sector.
Proven development, coaching and engaging a team and stakeholders.
Head office and executive search and selection experience.
Comfortable being hands on and leading from the front.
