Interim HR Project Manager
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen with our client, based in Ipswich. A forward thinking and progressive organisation who require some additional HR support for six months during an exciting period of transformation.
If you are an experienced HR professional with a problem-solving mindset, a passion for projects and generating fresh ideas and you really want to make a difference, please read on as this may be the role for you.
You will provide support to the Head of HR, including leading change and transformation, managing TUPE processes and project management. The role will be varied and will have a lot of interaction across the organisation as well as external bodies including unions. It’s an exciting time and this is a really great interim role for the right candidate to support the team and enable change.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of CIPD level 7, a comprehensive background in generalist HR in a unionised environment and a good understanding of TUPE.
