Your new company
This growing and busy charity based in South Birmingham are looking for an interim for the next 6 - 8 months to build their apprenticeship/intern scheme. This organisation have created a new role, to head up a new apprenticeship scheme they are launching and they would like you to run this project. They offer flexible working, both remote and then travel to various sites in South Birmingham and to their Head office which is midlands based.

Your new role
This role will develop and manage the strategic framework, processes and activities to ensure an effective pipeline of high-calibre candidates are available to allow successful recruitment across the business. They would like you to create a successful recruitment marketing strategy to identity the best candidates for technical roles. You will be leading and reviewing the current candidate journey and redesign the processes/implementing new strategies to streamline the current procedures and make them more effective.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need prior strategic resourcing experience, you will need to have experience previously setting up an internship/apprenticeship were talent is required for technical roles and have successfully developed and identified college and university links and built successful relationships. Ideally you will have assisted with process improvement, implementation of new procedures or systems.
