Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist London, Permanent High-growth tech firm with a recent acquisition

This high-growth tech firm are disrupting the financial crime world by using world class user experience and advanced data to help businesses make a difference.
As the standalone talent specialist, you will predominately focus on hiring top technology professionals into the firm in the UK. You will have a reporting line to the new HR Manager, along with a dotted line to the larger group TA Director based in New York.

Your new role
You will act as the internal recruiter, working with multiple stakeholders across the business to hire within tech.

* Manage and evolve the hiring strategy for the firm, to hire the best technical and domain specialists.
* Business partner with the wider business on improving the hiring process.
* Manage the internal ATS system, Greenhouse and update candidates on a regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed

* Recruiting in Tech - having an understanding of a broad technology skillset is essential.
* Excellent communication and collaboration between roles.
* Headhunting, networking and sourcing individuals with excellent candidate experience.
