About our Team:

  • This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Learning and Development team situated within our diverse HR function. Learning and Development are responsible for ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and behaviour to perform effectively within their role.
  • The HR department is a busy operational department that oversees employment-related functions and handling all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Are you:

  • An experienced and qualified learning and development facilitator who specialises in interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in creating blended solutions for in-person and remote learning.
  • Aware of adult learning, instructional design and development techniques and approaches
  • Self-motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to employee learning and personal development
  • A strong communicator, presenter and facilitator who takes a learner-centred approach

Your new role:

You will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering SAGE’s internal learning and development courses and programmes that focus on developing an individual’s interpersonal and behavioural skills.

  • Design and deliver the SAGE Learn annual training events that support employees personal and professional development, both in-person and remote session.
  • Design and deliver high quality blended learning solutions tailoring to meet the needs of individuals, teams, and the business.
  • Create engaging materials and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate learning interventions that support SAGE business projects and cultural programmes.
  • Work collaboratively, developing positive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with global partners to develop and implement global learning and development initiatives.
  • Responsible for new employee orientation
  • Responsible for the SAGE Learn LMS platform that encourages employee engagement, enrollment, and accurate reporting.
