MLC Partners are currently supporting an NHS Trust to recruit an Equality & Diversity Lead on an interim basis.
The key purpose of this role to review the staff survey results, and use the results to create an action plan to feed into the HR & OD strategy.
I am looking for candidates with a strong HR background, ideally experience in equality, diversity and inclusion, and good HR project management experience.
