3 Months HR officer

3 month HR Officer role working in a hybrid model

I am delighted to have a registered an exclusive 3 month temporary HR Officer position with a new client located in Sunderland. This organisation is currently working from at the moment and is happy for the candidate to be remote with the occasional day in the office when restrictions ease.

To be successful within this position you will need experience within a similar HR Officer role or experience within a Human Resource role previously.

Your responsibilities will include;

* Recruitment and Onboarding
* Monitoring the HR Inbox
* Reviewing policy and procedures
* Reviewing sickness absence management
* Tidying up the HR system

and much more! You will work closely with the HR team on dealing with an enquiries from line managers and act as the first point of contact.
