Great opportunity for an experienced digital/ e-learning executive with superb content development skills and a real interest in learning and development  to move into a digital learning and content developer role with huge scope for potential in this high-profile media body.  

We are looking for someone comfortable with all stages of the online learning content creation process; from Instructional Design to storyboarding, editing and digital content building (including adapt authoring and video editing) that translates into engaging and effective eLearning solutions

Working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team, your role will involve the following:

  • Designs, develops, delivers and maintains content, and other resources for online learning.
  • Leads the end-to-end Instructional Design from understanding learner needs right through to storyboarding, content development and QA process; translating the content into an engaging and effective online learning solution.
  • Project manages the entire online learning content creation process for both updating existing online qualifications and new product development projects:
  • Builds effective eLearning content using specific authoring tools
  • Creates engaging multimedia assets (charts, graphs, videos)

This would suit a talented eLearning developer with proficient knowledge of ADAPT Authoring Tool (or similar). You will also need 

  • Effective end-to-end Instructional Design experience
  • Competent with Adobe Creative Suite in the creation of engaging multimedia assets (charts, graphs, videos).
  • Experience in storyboarding, scriptwriting and consultation
  • Project management experience; excellent organisational and administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
  • Ideally experience of learning & development within media or creative companies
