We are looking for an HR Partner to join our team. Our HR Team has evolved to provide a full HR service to all parts of the University and the HR Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider HR Team.

The role
As an HR Partner you will be responsible for supporting the functions you partner to achieve a high performance culture and the achievement of their strategic objectives.   You will act as a member of the functional leadership teams that you support, offering HR expertise in any change initiative. A key change agent, you will drive workforce planning and employee engagement, regularly reviewing data sets to ensure that potential issues are being challenged and addressed quickly.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a strong HR generalist background within academia or industry with significant partnering experience and extensive experience of case management particularly at a complex level. Experience at both strategic and implementation levels is key as is the ability to use strong leadership and management skills to engage, empower and motivate others to deliver. Strong networking and relationship building skills are important including experience of working with and influencing senior management in areas such as policy and change.
