HR Assistant - Great career prospects. Media & Marketing Industry

They specialise in providing HR and talent solutions for the advertising, media and marketing industry and have an enviable portfolio of fun, lively, high-profile clients. The company is now growing and they are looking for a graduate (or equivalent) with solid administration experience (ideally in HR) to join their team. 

You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects. Duties will include

• assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews
• Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
• maintaining HR records and managing databases
• liaising with clients at all levels
• assisting with setting up and running appraisals
• acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills and experience working across a team of exciting clients. It would suit some who is 

- degree educated or equivalent with some HR or admin experience and great attention to detail
