Your new company
This public sector organisation are looking for someone on a 9 month FTC to join their busy L&D team. They are looking for someone to cover a maternity contract. The role will assist with all L&D duties and will also assist with the wider HR team.

Your new role
The duties of this role will be acting as the first point of contact for all L&D queries, processes and activities. You will need to ensure effective scheduling, planning and implementation of any new L&D procedures. You will be added support for the HR team and will be able to completed adhoc generalist HR duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need some experience in either HR or L&D previously, you will have strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and able to deal with stakeholders of all levels across the business.
