Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking a qualified and experienced HR professional who wants to use their skills and experience to help us tackle the climate emergency and relieve the misery of cold homes.

This is a new role designed to develop, deliver and improve our HR function, expanding our capacity to recruit well and sustain our collaborative culture where staff are encouraged and supported to perform at their best and we collectively achieve outstanding results.

We are looking for a qualified (to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent) HR professional with at least 5 years post qualification work experience, including at least 2 years proved experience in an HR management role.
