Your new role

As the new Senior Talent Sourcing Partner you will work closely with colleagues in the TA team based in Belfast and London. You will liaise with hiring managers to support them across the full recruitment life cycle from creating job descriptions, to sourcing as well as conducting interviews and completing offers of employment. As a key member of the recruitment team you will also manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies) and also ensure that the organisation follows 'best practice' recruitment campaigns. Taking ownership for the passive candidate pipeline for EMEA

What you'll need to succeed


* Extensive recruitment experience across in-house agency and/or RPO setting
* Applicants with in-house & professional services experience are strongly preferred
* Open to contract roles
