Job Details

An organisation in London is recruiting a HR Insights Analyst on a permanent basis to help optimise their HR service and create a data driven approach. 

They are looking for someone with experience in HR Systems, particularly Business Objects WEBI and iTrent.

Responsibilities 

  • Producing regular reports, analysis and data insights to support management decision making
  • Work with the HR team to promote system reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with systems development with accurate data insights.
  • Provide user support for the HRIS and advice and guidance to end users.
  • Produce clear and measurable KPI’s for internal HR benchmarking.
  • Assist with system improvement projects.
  • Be responsible for data quality issues.

Qualifications/experience required

  • Experience with iTrent and Business Objects WEBI
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics
  • Demonstrable experience of producing ad hoc HR data/systems reports
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • HR projects experience
