An exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists’ (RCOG) organisational and cultural development by providing high quality operational and strategic support and advice and implementing our people strategy.

About the role:
Working closely with the Director of People and Organisational Development, you will provide strong business partnering support and advice to managers and senior staff, building strong relationships and further developing policy and procedure at the College. You will provide project management expertise as well as coaching to ensure the development of high performing teams, successful strategic business objectives and efficient project delivery.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing organisational activities which support innovation, delivery of high-quality services and productivity. In collaboration with the People Director and People and Learning & Development Advisor you will support the College’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, developing a culture of high performance and building on our Silver Investors in People award.
A data-driven individual, you will provide key insights as well as monthly and yearly statistics and reports on people issues and the HR function as a whole.
We are seeking a creative and innovative individual who will not be limited by traditional HR methods and has the experience to support organisational design, development and change management whilst ensuring best practice Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are developed and kept at the forefront.
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with an MCIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification as well as excellent knowledge of employment legislation and managing complex employee relations, including Employment Tribunal claims.
