About the roles 

The new positions in our HR Team represent a real sea change in our approach to HR partnering and advice. As HR Partner, you will provide a proactive, credible partnering approach. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior staff and use your HR insight to deliver solutions. We have a number of exciting plans across the charity for you to support including change projects and contributing to our priority areas such as equality, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing. Your expertise will help us grow as an employer and help you grow as an HR professional. These are fantastic opportunities in a team we are proud of! 

The hours are 35 per week, although open to part time working arrangements of over 28 hours per week.

About you 

Successful candidates will thrive on building relationships with senior staff, enjoying influencing organisational direction and being confident to challenge where needed. You will have experience of working at HR Business Partner level, providing insight on a broad range of areas that impact employment, including delivering organisational change. You’ll be an excellent people manager, with a passion for developing the HR Advisors, as well as able to coach other managers at all levels. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the other HR functions, as well as across the charity, towards a shared vision.
