Our client has an opportunity for an organised and driven individual to provide exceptional recruitment support to all Managers across the business. Commercially astute, you will understand the importance of recruiting the best talent and ensuring that training is readily available for individuals to reach their full potential. You will manage the full recruitment process and provide innovative recruitment methods, to ensure their talent pool is diverse and brings us a range of candidates to choose from. You will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be pivotal in improving the processes through best practice and relevant legislation.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent, including C / grade 4 or above in English and Maths, you will have experience of working in a similar recruitment role. Confident and approachable, you will be able to influence those around you and be comfortable to positively challenge the status quo. You will be adept at juggling a variety of duties simultaneously and will be adaptable to sudden changes in the priorities. You will have an awareness of budget and costs to help maximise the efficiency and quality.
