Interim HR/Workforce Officer
We are currently working with a leading employer to support them in the recruitment of an Interim HR/Workforce Officer. Reporting to a Business Partner and supporting a wider team, this role will involve the provision of advice & support on a range of employee relations matters, including grievances, attendance, capability, disciplinaries and projects.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience gained in an HR environment and have a good knowledge of UK employment law and ideally have some CIPD accreditation. You will possess well developed communication skills and have the ability to quickly and effectively build professional relationships.
