Job Details
We are currently working with a leading employer to support them in the recruitment of an Interim HR/Workforce Officer. Reporting to a Business Partner and supporting a wider team, this role will involve the provision of advice & support on a range of employee relations matters, including grievances, attendance, capability, disciplinaries and projects.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience gained in an HR environment and have a good knowledge of UK employment law and ideally have some CIPD accreditation. You will possess well developed communication skills and have the ability to quickly and effectively build professional relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career in HR and develop their current skills within a challenging yet stimulating workplace.
