Your new role
This role is a 12-month maternity cover where you will initiate and implement HR business programs and processes that positively impact the business' ability to perform successfully. You will help to build a strong community and enhance the Employee experience across the business. You will build successful business partnerships with senior leaders, managers and individual contributors in providing proactive human resources and business guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established HR Manager who is well-versed supporting SME populations across both UK and European locations. You will have a strong generalist skill-set and be comfortable leading ER casework, recruitment processes (partnering with agencies), HR project work and supporting with payroll. Additionally, you be able to start working early June 2021.
