We are working with our well known public sector client with their search for a Medical HR Manager. The requirement is for the next 12 months and we are looking for a HR professional with a wealth of exposure within Healthcare.

This is a specialist HR position where you will manage crucial support for the staff and managers, allowing them to carry out their vital work as Doctors/Clinicians and Healthcare professionals. As a trusted advisor, your stakeholders will rely on you to effectively carry out duties such as the below:

* Medical Workforce HR management, dealing with queries and HR Medical issues, providing expert HR advice in line with policies and procedures, national terms and conditions and your expert knowledge of the medical workforce
* Dealing with complex pay queries, using your sound knowledge of agenda for change and pay
* Medical recruitment, you will work with the Medical recruitment team to provide advice and training on best practice, medical recruitment guidelines and processes
* Ongoing Training and Education Management, partnering regularly with Health Education England, General Medical Council and other external parties to ensure smooth running of junior doctors training and development and ensuring correct due diligence around training and qualifications is maintained

Systems Experience needed:

* DRS, eRota, ESR and MS Teams
