weithio’n agos gyda’r Tîm AD a rheolwyr i sicrhau bod absenoldebau salwch yn cael eu rheoli’n rhagweithiol ledled y Coleg. Yn ogystal, mi fydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannusyn yn hyfforddi staff unigol i wella eu lles.

Rhaid ichi feddu ar MCIPD ac yn ddelfrydol mi fydd genych gymhwyster hyfforddi a chymwysterau lles perthnasol eraill. Yn ogystal, rhaid ichi fod yn brofiadol ym maes AD a meddu ar y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am arferion gorau Lles, gan wybod sut i reoli llwyth achos heriol ac amrywiol.

Gellir cyflwyno ceisiadau yn Gymraeg ac ni fyddant yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na cheisiadau Saesneg. Mae Coleg Gwyr Abertawe yn cydnabod pwysigrwydd darparu ei wasanaethau yn Gymraeg ac yn cydnabod hefyd yr angen i feithrin gweithlu dwyieithog. Rydym felly’n annog unrhyw un sy’n medru’r Gymraeg i gyflwyno ei gais trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg.

Mae Coleg Gwyr Abertawe yn ymrwymedig i ddiogelu a hyrwyddo lles pobl ifanc ac yn disgwyl i’r holl staff rhannu’r ymrwymiad hwn. Bydd penodiadau eu gwneud ar sail gwiriad DBS manylach.

Fel rheol, bydd penodiadau yn cael eu gwneud ar waelod y raddfa gyflog gyda chynyddrannau blynyddol ar 1 Awst bob blwyddyn (ar yr amod eich bod wedi cwblhau 6 mis o wasanaeth).
