£33,660 pa (£26,928 pro rata)

Enfield - Flexible working between home and office

Part Time: 30 hours per week

Contract Type: 2 years FTC

Our client is recruiting a Learning and Development Advisor to join their HR Team.

This is an exciting time to join them, with a new Chief Executive joining them this year and having just been awarded Best Companies ‘Top 25 Housing Association to Work For.’ They are now developing plans that consider how their people and culture practices will strengthen and support the Association’s strategic objectives over the next 3 years.

You will carry out a training needs analysis and develop plans that consider but isn’t limited to;

  • A management and /or leadership development programme
  • Technical and specialist training requirements for all roles
  • Supporting culture change –   digitisation strategy, joint working and collaboration, agile working, organisational values and vision
  • Improving efficiency and team performance to deliver excellent services to their customers
  • Future proofing the Association with succession planning

The role is part of a small HR team and so will suit a HR generalist wanting to specialise in learning and development, however the important thing is that you are able to work closely with colleagues to understand their people development needs and use this information to help them meet their strategic HR aims.

To be successful you will need;

  • Experience of working in an HR, Learning and Development or training teams
  • Creativity, a flexible approach, excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills and a willingness to get stuck in!
  • Excellent staff development skills and capabilities, and a good understanding of training design
  • Experience of supporting, advising and providing guidance to line managers
  • A passion for helping us create a learning culture across the Association

Closing date for applications: 4th June 2021

Interviews will be held: Thursday 10th June 2021
