Senior Reward Specialist

Hays are pleased to be partnering with this large commercial organisation to recruit for a Senior Reward Specialist. Leading on all matters relating to reward in the UK, you will be the subject matter expert within the wider HR team.

We are looking for someone whose experience includes:


* Pay review: experience of delivering annual pay reviews and bonus administration in at least one large organisation.
* Job sizing: has a strong applied understanding of job sizing techniques including job evaluation by Willis Towers Watson Global Grading (preferred), Mercer IPE or Hay.
* Benchmarking using multiple sources including Willis Towers Watson and competing.
* Working with Job Families including providing support and advice on related remuneration matters.
* Delivery of Gender Pay Gap / Ethnicity pay gap data and reporting, and other statutory reporting requirements.
* Engaging with operational HR colleagues to support business as usual and project related activities.
* Benefits administration including private healthcare, salary sacrifice based schemes and working with supplier organisations.

You will need to be able to demonstrate you can:


* Provide efficient and effective reward support to ensure objectives are achieved and implemented where necessary in relation to pay practises
* Identify and deliver improvements, reduce costs and drive efficiency
* Manage of HR projects affecting pay, systems and have a clear understanding around year end processes.
