Your new role
This is a newly created HR role. The HR Coordinator will enjoy a broad, generalist role and can fast-track their career to become an HR Advisor. Your 360 degree role will include employee relations, absence management and recruitment. The HR Coordinator will also manage the onboarding process, run HR inductions, and explore training and development opportunities. You will also be exposed to restructures and TUPE transfers. This is certainly a role you can make your own!

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will have solid HR Administration experience and have ideally passed the CIPD level 3 qualification or above. Some advisory experience will also be advantageous. You will be inquisitive, self-motivated, and hungry to learn.

What you'll get in return
This is a full-time position and includes 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will be given unrivalled support and training to progress into a HR Advisor role, including financial support for the CIPD level 5 qualification as part of your development plan. Once this has been achieved your salary will be reviewed.
