My client is a growing international SME business, with a great brand name. They are also PE backed.

Your new role
This is a newly created Head of Reward position. My client is looking for somebody to join and develop and implement a first class reward function within the business. This will include a complete review of the benefits and pension to ensure they are market leading, and consistency in the total reward function globally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Head of Reward who has implemented reward policies and processes, as well as reviewing benefits. You will also have managed pensions. You will know what excellent looks like and be able to bring your knowledge to ensure this business has an exceptional reward offering.
