Organisational Development Manager

Your new company

I am currently supporting a Not for Profit organisation based in North London to hire an Organisational Development professional on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your new role

You will act as the organisation's OD specialist and support the Head of HR and OD in the implementation of OD projects. Current projects including the implementation of behavioural competencies (employee and management), embedding the new vision and values, new leadership programmes and new ways of working, apprenticeships.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be available to start immediately or on 1-2 weeks notice


* Proven experience of implementing behavioural competencies preferably gained in a medium to large organisation
* A track record of working on organisational development projects, which involve managers and staff
* Ability to work on your own initiative and manage a range of activities
* Good understanding of employee engagement and its impact on individuals at work
* Ability to project manage and write cohesive reports for the Board
* Ability to support line managers in communicating and embedding new initiatives
* Demonstrable ability to lead on issues and take a proactive approach to their development and implementation
* Experience of stakeholder management, particularly in relation to external bodies
