Your new role
The role of the HR Advisor will be to provide a high-quality HR advice, support, and information to Managers within the organisation, working closing with the HR Business Partner and the rest of the HR team. You will advise managers on performance, disciplinary and grievances and sickness absence in line with company policies and procedures. Also advise and support managers in formal disciplinary investigation meetings and assist managers in the preparation of disciplinary investigation reports and in reducing sickness absence.

You can also expect to deal with TUPE transfers (both incoming and outgoing) ensuring legal and business requirements are met. There may also be changes to organisational structures where you will support the HR Business Partner/Manager with the implementation. A creative approach to problem solving and identifying areas of improvement for the delivery of the operation HR service will be encouraged.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some practical HR experience and to hold the Level 3 CIPD Qualification or above. A positive, can-do attitude is key as are excellent influencing skills. You will be driven, personable and inquisitive. Attention to detail and good verbal/written communication skills will also be essential, as will the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
