Are you an experienced Learning and Development Administrator? My client, a large, London based University, are looking for an interim OD & Learning Administrator for a period of 6 months, to start as soon as possible at a rate of £140 to £150 (through an umbrella company) per day, depending upon experience.

This is a vital role for the organisation and will support a recruitment project by assisting in arranging events to attract candidates.  You will use packages such as EventBrite and learning and development platforms for bookings and liaise with co-workers and managers, providing up to date reporting and information.

The ideal candidate will be: -

  • Available to start immediately;
  • Experienced in Learning and Development;
  • Advanced in terms of knowledge and use of MS Excel and producing and manipulating spreadsheets;
  • Familiar with digital platforms;
  • Adaptable and able to use technology well;
  • Experienced in supporting in organising events;
  • Excellent with customer service;
  • Able to work under pressure whilst liaising with co-workers and managers.
