People Services Manager

As People Services Manager, you will have an exciting and diverse role. You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of the Martlets strategies. This incorporates the clinical, domiciliary care, income generation, building enhancement and digital strategies.
As an exceptional leader, you will provide business partnering to our diverse range of operations, management and leadership team. We will need your exceptional people skills to help us manage our move offsite and back to an enhanced hospice site.
You will be passionate about making a difference to our diversity, developing a culture of inclusion. We believe inclusion is fundamental to our culture and our services, in turn our development and ongoing success. Central to this are our volunteers supporting us and you will oversee the delivery of our volunteering strategy and ongoing development of volunteer roles.
You will be confident and have gravitas to help our managers set clear expectations and find solutions to business problems, leading their people through change. We hope this will include an enhanced hospice building.
