Following a re-organisation, we are seeking to appoint an Associate Director of HR – Employment Services to lead a multi-functional team while maintaining a strong strategic outlook. This position promises to be varied with accountability for core employment services including HR operations, payroll and reward, global mobility and workforce information. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the Employment Services Team, ensuring the team has the agility, skills and drive to deliver a first-class and customer-focused service.
As a member of the HR Leadership Team, the Associate Director will actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HR Strategic Plan, which enables Brunel to build the right workforce capacity, diversity, skills and culture to deliver its strategic ambitions.
We are seeking a truly credible HR professional to lead with impact and influence. You will have experience of providing high-quality operational and/or reward services along with experience of implementing modern operational procedures that support organisational need.
