Talent Acquisition Advisor

An experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a large, growing organisation in Southampton.

My client provides specialist healthcare services / products to organisations in both the public and private sector. They are an established business who respect their employees, supporting their development as they grow alongside the ambitious plans for the company.

Your new role

Working as part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team and wider HR function, you will provide recruitment support to the business undertaking the successful recruitment and on-boarding of positions across the organisation at all levels.

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, your role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the provision of a successful pipeline of talent to the business to satisfy its varied recruitment needs.

This role is primarily office-based with some potential for home / remote working. Working hours: 40 / week, Monday-Friday (8.30am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch).

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a high-volume agency role or as an in-house / internal recruiter (preferred), with an understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle from initial sourcing through to on-boarding.

Knowledge of a talent / recruitment system will be an advantage (ie. Select, Work Day, Peoplesoft / HCM Cloud, Core HR or other in-house solutions).

Salary between £23,000-£25,000 (DOE), free on-site parking, 25 days holiday + BH's, 3% employer vs 5% employee pension and company sick pay.
