Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial brand based in Bath with offices across the globe, to recruit an enthusiastic HR / People Administrator initially for 6 months starting ASAP. The role will be home based however you will be expected to travel on occasion / when required to the offices in central Bath (near the train station).

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and an outgoing personality with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. This is a busy team in a rapidly growing business so you will need to be able to spin many plates in order to thrive.

We are looking for you to possess solid HR administration experience but with the HR understanding so you can see the bigger picture when making data changes / organisational chart changes / contract variation changes. You will also be dealing with the administration of benefits and managing a busy inbox.
