Recruitment Manager

Your new company
I am currently working with a great Public Sector organisation who are looking for some one new to join their recruitment team in a managerial capacity. Ideally they are keen to find someone who has headed up a team within a recruitment agency previously and is now looking to make a move to internal recruitment within a large organisation.

Your new role
Within this role you will be reporting into the Head of Recruitment and will be overseeing your own team of four Recruitment Consultants as an Internal Recruitment Manager. You will be doing hands on Recruitment and also have managerial duties for your team which includes dealing with performance issues, KPIs, one on one meetings and setting targets in place.

What you'll need to succeed
They are ideally looking for someone who has managed a team previously within a recruitment agency and are keen to make the move to an internal role. You will need prior managerial experience as this is key for this role.
