Recruitment Advisor

Recruitment Advisor - North London - £38-40k plus benefits

Our client is a commercial blue collar organisation that is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager and covering 4 sites you will be responsible for providing and managing an effective and innovative recruitment service to the business.

- Liaising and working directly with hiring Managers to discuss current and future needs
- Setting up and advertising roles using a variety of innovative methods
- Screen and interview candidates
- Onboarding processes and management
- Continually seek to improve performance
- Support the interview process
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need the following experience:-

- Demonstrable experience in recruitment ideally within Construction
- Experience in partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Developed and delivered end to end recruitment campaigns
- Experience using specialist sourcing techniques as well as social networking
- Strong IT Skills
