HR/Recruitment Assistant (Interim) - Lincoln (office based) - Full or Part Time considered. £20k to £24k DOE

A reputable Not-4-Profit organisation in Lincoln is going through a growth period due to the mobilisation of some new contracts.
Your new role
This is an Interim role to assist the HR Manager with generalist HR and Recruitment work.
You will be involved in all areas of Recruitment (adverts, shortlisting, interview arrangement, interview score matrix updates, interview feedback, rejections/offers etc).
You will then Onboard new recruits - from offer letters, contracts of employment (with several variations), references and vetting etc.
You will also deal with queries from the Line Managers about basic HR issues.
There will be chance to get involved in some projects - such as a new HR System that is being implemented into the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be experienced in HR and Recruitment practices/administration - be immediately available to start work - and be able to work in the office (central Lincoln)

Flexible working options available - can be full or part time hours (reduced hours daily or 3 full days).
Weekly pay via timesheets (Hays) and accrued holiday entitlement.
