Job Details

I am urgently seeking an immediately available Interim People Adviser for an International Membership organisation based in Central London.  The role will be working remotely initially until Government guidelines change and will be a generalist HR role covering the full employee life cycle including employee relations, recruitment, learning & development and the administration of payroll.

This role will initially be on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date and the salary will be circa £34,000 to £35,000 per year.  The ideal candidate will have experience of: -

 

  • Coordinating and advising on end-to-end recruitment
  • Advising on less complex employee relations casework such as Sickness and absence
  • Processing the requirements for the monthly payroll
  • Supporting the implementation of learning and development activities
  • Managing the HR information system
  • Providing advice on best practice and policies

 

It is also essential that you have CIPD qualification or are working towards it.
